Shipping policy

 

All FS Drinks products come with free shipping. We also provide a Standard Shipping + Insurance option, ensuring your happy, bouncy, chewy boba's safety throughout its journey. Should any mishaps occur during transit – like stolen packages or broken bottles – rest easy knowing we've got you covered with a hassle-free replacement. 

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. If you're trapped in either without boba, send us a message and plead your case. We'll be sympathetic. 

We currently do not sell or ship internationally, until there's a raging mob of you outside of the United States demanding boba accessibility and equality. 

We also generally do not ship to P.O. boxes due to shipping carrier limitations. If you need your boba and only have a P.O. box, please contact us directly and we'll see if we can make an exception with our shipping carriers.  

Order Shipping Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within one (1) business day, excluding weekends, holidays, and robot uprisings.

When your order is fulfilled and shipped out, you will receive a notification that includes a tracking number from the shipping carrier. You can use this tracking number to see how far our happy, bouncy, chewy boba are from your mouth. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available on the shipping carrier's tracking portal.

If your delivery address is within California, we expect your order to reach your doorstep between 2-3 business days of when your order is shipped out. If your delivery address is outside of California, please allow up to 5-8 business days to arrive at your door from when your order was shipped out. From time to time, there may be potential delays with our shipping carriers that are outside of FS Drinks' control even if not outside our wrath.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation notification, please contact us immediately at help@fsdrinks.com with your name and order number so that we can raise hell. 

Please note that order processing time and estimated shipping delivery time are separate. Overall, we expect 3-9 business days from when you've checked out to when your order is on your doorstop, ready for your grubby little hands and salivating mouth. 

Upon Receiving Your Order

Please unbox your order and refrigerate your boba beverages as soon as possible. As a natural product with no artificial preservatives, a best-by date indicating lab-certified refrigerated shelf life that accounts for non-refrigerated shipping is printed on each bottle. This shelf life is for factory sealed bottles. Once opened, please enjoy your boba drink within 3-7 days. In you're part of our boba loving tribe, you'll have consumed your boba long before this date. 

While we don't expect this, if your shipment arrives significantly damaged to the point where a tamper-evident cap seal is fully broken, a bottle is punctured, and product is leaking, or our happy, bouncy, chewy boba has been mysteriously replaced with a travesty like popping boba, please do not consume and contact us immediately at help@fsdrinks.com with photos and/or short videos documenting the situation. We have people who will make other people pay for such disrespect.
