Refund policy
We don't accept returns or offer exchanges because our boba beverages are consumable products and cannot be resold once fulfilled and shipped.
We do provide replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis, to be determined by our generally happy and bouncy customer service team members, who are technically human and not boba. They are of course boba-infused humans.
If you experience an issue with your order or shipment (such as fatal damage in transit), please contact us at help@fsdrinks.com and we'll do everything we can to infuse you with boba, and probably raise hell with our shipping carriers.
