We began our soft launch on October 17, 2022, sending out product trial codes to select friends for them to help us test our online ordering, fulfillment, and shipping systems.
In the process, they also shared our codes with their friends and what began as a limited test ballooned to over 120 orders.
Disaster then struck when our shipping processes broke down, resulting in delayed and incorrect shipments.
After a lot of gnashing of teeth that unfortunately wasn't on #boba, we got everything fixed and are now fulfilling and shipping orders to our standards.
As a small team working remotely across the country, we wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who supported us throughout this early soft launch dramedy.
